We are an international advertising agency based in Malaysia. We are a full-service advertising agency who has been actively involved in the industry for more than 10 years. Our strength is in our digital marketing portfolio where our clients include international brands like Sony, Samsung, Tokio Marine, AIA and many more. Having acquired new clients and to continue serving our current clientele, we are expanding aggressively and due to our rapid expansion plans, we are looking for the right candidates to fill the following advertising job vacancies:

Project Manager/Project Coordinator

He/she will be responsible in handling multiple projects simultaneously that starts from initiation to completion of digital marketing engagements with our clients. He/she is willin to implement projects mainly in digital marketing like SEO, PPC, website development and very importantly, social media with clients from both the regional and international markets.

The ideal candidate for this vacancy should be able to or has the following:

    1. Ensure successful planning and implementation of projects in digital advertising
    2. Experienced in managing and developing projects
    3. Ensure projects feasibility and profitability
    4. Manage the maximum utilisation of resources to carry out the projects
    5. Generate and undertake project management deliverables like progress reports, etc
    6. Lead a team of people under specific projects
    7.  Multi-task and handle several projects concurrently
    8. Contribute and prepare client account reporting where necessary

He/she should possess the following qualifications and experience:

    1. Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience of project management in digital marketing. A project portfolio will be required.
    2. A recognized bachelor’s degree in marketing, information technology, international business or related fields
    3. Certified Project Management (PMI) qualifications
    4. Experienced in managing a wide variety of resources (eg: infrastructure, manpower, budget)
    5. Experienced in forecasting of staffing and resources for projects
    6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    7. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Media Planner

The candidate must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a reputable advertising agency in the media planning area. He/she would demonstrate the ability of handling multiple clients with a professional approach in media planning for their digital marketing engagements.

The ideal candidate for this vacancy should be able to or has the following:

    1.  Identify the most appropriate media opportunities for the clients to ensure maximum sales revenues
    2. Involved in developing creating and effective media strategies based on the requirements of the clients to ensure impact of campaigns
    3. Maintain and build partnership with clients
    4. Work in a team of members and with Account Managers to derive impactful strategic media plans which would meet marketing objectives
    5. Develop media plans and manage projects in this area.

He/she should possess the following qualifications and experience:

    1. Experience in media planning is an advantage
    2. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields
    3. Confident and professional in handling clients who are regional and international companies
    4. Experienced and demonstrate ability to carry out multiple media planning projects
    5. Demonstrate (through portfolio) ability to carry out successful media planning
    6. Good analytical and problem solving skills
    7. Have some experiences in planning of all types of media (eg: TV, Radio, OOH and Digital)
    8. Good interpersonal skills, management of a team and work well under pressure.
