Traffic Flow & Movement

The traffic flow leading to the Sungai Buloh toll plaza comes through from the Bandar Sri Damansara direction. This road is always congested mainly because of the construction of the highways and the MRT lines that have been going on for a while now. However, it is expected that the congestion will only ease off slightly after the construction works are completed because this location is mainly an industrial area.

Market Profile

Good fit for F&B, clinics, hardware, factories, logistics, groceries, property, workshops, nurseries and practical neighbourhood services.

Traffic going into Sungai Buloh is constantly high because of the density of the people here. Sungai Buloh is the connecting point that leads to many other suburbs of the Klang Valley which makes this exit toll very prominent.

Profile of viewers

There are several billboards located along both sides of the road outside Bandar Sri Damansara on the left and Kawasan Perindustrian Desa Aman on the right. This is the main road leading out to the toll plaza and it is constantly filled with private vehicles coming in from Kota Damansara, Kepong and Desa ParkCity. On top of that, it is also common to have large lorries and trucks that are heading out from Sungai Buloh and Rawang using the trunk roads towards the PLUS highway.
