Pandan Indah is one of the townships located just off the coast of Kuala Lumpur city center. Over the past two to three decades, Pandan Indah has had its share of ups and downs with major developments carried out across the area.
Pandan Indah comes under the management of the Ampang Jaya Municipal Council where it is enclaved between Pandan Jaya and Pandan Perdana, both of which are exciting townships themselves. That which makes Pandan Indah such an exciting place is its location which is just about 10 minutes away from the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
Meanwhile, it is also nearby to Ampang on one end and Cheras on the other, connected via the extremely busy Middle Ring Road 2. The residents here are mostly middle to low income and that is clearly reflected by the price of properties here. Overall, there is a healthy mix of condominiums, apartments and landed homes. As for the higher income group, the population is slightly lesser.
