MEX Highway is a major Klang Valley expressway connecting Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Seri Kembangan and KLIA-linked routes. It supports commuters, airport users, government workers, Cyberjaya professionals, logistics vehicles and weekend travellers. The corridor has strong value because it links central KL with administrative, technology and airport catchments. Business demand is strongest around interchanges, petrol stations, service points and nearby township connections. It should be described as a movement corridor, not a residential location. Commercial opportunities include petrol services, roadside F&B, airport-related services, logistics support, commuter retail and vehicle maintenance.
Main MEX highway:
Starts at Kampung Pandan Interchange / Kg Pandan Roundabout, Kuala Lumpur and ends at Putrajaya Interchange / Putrajaya Utama side near Cyberjaya. Official MEX says the expressway is about 26 km and has interchanges at Kampung Pandan, Salak Selatan, Kuchai Lama, Bukit Jalil, Seri Kembangan, and Putrajaya.
MEX II extension:
Continues from the Putrajaya side toward KLIA / KLIA2 direction. LLM lists this as Putrajaya – KLIA (MEX II), about 19 km.
So for your billboard search from Bukit Jalil to first toll, you are on the main MEX E20 section, heading toward Seri Kembangan / Putrajaya Utama Toll.
