Seri Kembangan is a suburb located at the southern region of Kuala Lumpur. This township is always bustling with activities as there are several commercial and many residential areas here. Seri Kembangan is among the suburbs which have benefitted from the rapid development of the surrounding areas that include Equine Park, Cyberjaya and the Balakang areas. Due to its close proximity to Putrajaya and Cyberjaya, more residents have move to Seri Kembangan where they travel to work in the modern cities. Meanwhile, it is situated not far from the city center of Kuala Lumpur, making it an attractive location for property owners and developers.
Unlike many other suburbs, Seri Kembangan is made up primarily of residential areas. There is a Jusco and Giant hypermarket which was built recently while commercial areas with shop-lots are always packed with people. There are a few types of advertising medium available around Seri Kembangan that includes billboards which are mostly found in roundabouts and junctions like the one leading out to South City Plaza.
The main road in Bandar Putra Permai that starts from the LDP and leads all the way to the Besraya highway is always slow and heavy. This is because it serves all the residents of Seri Kembangan to get from one end to another. The rush hours in the morning and evenings are slowest where motorists are stuck in a traffic jam which is almost at a standstill.
The demand for ad spaces around Seri Kembangan is medium range where it mainly targets the residents of the surrounding areas of this township. With more developments involved, it is expected to bring in more middle to high income earners to the vicinity like those in 16 Sierra which will eventually drive the demand for media space around here in the near future.
