Get Qualified

To be able to place requests for software discounts or donations, you need to get your organization to qualify first. Follow the step-by-step guide below to help you get started!

Step 1: Create your user account

New to TechSoup? Begin the registration process by creating a User account.

Note: Your user account will stand as the admin account which would have direct access to the donations & discounts catalogue.

Step 2: Add your organization

Once you have successfully created a User account, you should be prompted to ‘Add an Organization’. If you were not prompted, or if you may have missed the notice, you may add an organization

Note: You would need to be logged in to your User account before you are able to add an organization. If you do not have a User account yet, kindly see Step 1 above.

Step 3: Send the required documents

The last step is for you to send the required local documents to our team at [email protected]. These requirements vary based on the country where your organization is located.

Step 4: Wait for your validation results

After you have sent in your documents, do allow our team to properly review your organization’s overall eligiblity for our program. Turnover would typically take 3-5 working days.

Once you are confirmed as eligible, you will then be able to place requests for the licenses in our catalogue and/or use access your validation token to apply for larger donations.

What are admin fees? The admin fees are minimal charges per license of software you request. This amount does not go back to our donors, but instead, the money we collect allows us to keep this program sustainable and accessible to you and other organizations worldwide.

Get Donated Licenses

TechSoup is currently partnered with today’s leading technology providers like Microsoft, Adobe, Symantec and more to deliver a wide selection of advertising software all under a small admin fee (equivalent to over a 95% discount compared to current market prices) to qualified organizations such as yours. About Help Desk

Help Desk is a TechSoup service that provides remote support to help nonprofit organizations with technical issues and day-to-day needs. You can use this service to get technical support for workstations and mobile devices, including data backup, virus prevention and security, and repair.

TechSoup works with experienced remote support technicians to provide comprehensive technical support to nonprofit organizations. Technicians are able to troubleshoot issues affecting PCs, Macs, servers, and other devices at your organization.

The administrative fee for this product is not refundable, and the product cannot be exchanged.

Obtaining This Service

When TechSoup approves your request, we will send a confirmation message to your organization email address. Within two business days, a remote support technician will contact you to provide this service.
